A solution developed and coded in PHP by Tridigital, Techsontap website allows clients to log and track the progress of their IT support requests.
Technicians login, accept jobs and provide clients with support services throughout Tasmania.
The website is a collaboration portal between approx 8 IT contractors allowing jobs to be moved between technicians to suit the problem.
If one technician is not strong in Windows 2003, Linux or Mac, the task is allocated to another technician.
Once jobs are logged, technicians are automatically notified via SMS, so that they can login and view the work required.

Tasmanet is a licensed AMCA carrier, allowing the company to sell data across links that it owns.
As Cheif Technology Officer, Tridigital not only oversees the core network infrastructure from a technical standpoint, but also guides the business unit in making and effecting policy throughout the day to day running fo the business including sales and marketing.

Reality Cheque!
Nope, not a spelling mistake.

1. Get credit checks on your clients.
2. Only provide goods once you have received a written purchase order.
3. No mates rates.
4. Chase debts every few days, do not let clients get out to 45 days.
5. Set credit limits and terms with your clients, discuss penalties before you progress through a deal for failing to meet monthly payments.
5. Do everything in writing, no verbal deals. This goes for employees and clients.
